However, it's not just the sexiest bit (which has now been changed), the whole thing is very poorly written (and I am slightly concerned by the © Facebook photo, did she consent to it being used by the paper?): Oxford University has apparently been downgraded to a college, there are missing apostrophes and it could really do with some more commas to sort out some of the clauses! Altogether a pedant's dream/nightmare!
