My sister and I are having a stand-off. She says that SWIing is wrong (Shagging With Intenting), but I always write, for example, we were SWIing. What is correct? We were SWI???

Intenting isn't a word. It's Intent.

So I guess it should be "We were SWI" ie "We were shagging with intent"

Always wondered what that stood for

debka · 22/05/2010 20:45

Well yes of course I know intenting isn't a word, that's the point. Just sounds odd to me.

We were SingWI?

hocuspontas · 22/05/2010 20:50

Although that looks like you were singing at the WI. Maybe not

BallpointPen · 22/05/2010 20:59

I was right! It so is SWI!! Debka - admit for once your little sis is right!!

DuelingFanjo · 09/06/2010 20:03

whatever it is it's a phrase which really annoys me.

RhinestoneCowgirl · 09/06/2010 20:04

Thanks - I'd wondered what SWI meant (at least it's better than 'baby dancing')

I always do it with intent - it's not like I fall on DH's willy by accident
