Please can someone help me write a few short paragraphs

Or at least give me a few pointers.

My grasp of the written word use to be quite good until I have my baby but I am struggling at the moment to string a sentence together let alone a few paragraphs.

I am applying to become a mystery shopper and need to write a few paragraphs about what qualities I think a good mystery shopper should have.

I think that they should be friendly, able to communicate well with other people, not be afraid to approach memebers of staff and ask questions, be keen on receiving good customer service.

How do I say all this in a coherant manner? and what else should I say?

They should also have the ability to be able to record their finding accurately

Just elaborate on what you say:

"I think that they should be friendly, able to communicate well with other people, not be afraid to approach memebers of staff and ask questions, be keen on receiving good customer service."

Just spread it out in a few paragraphs. It will come to you as you write.
