Participles and tenses when writing a CV

Okay is it:

"Responsibilities include serving customers and dealing with problems"

or is it better to say:

"Able to communicate with a wide variety of customers and sort out problems"

Which tense is more acceptable?

I like the first one, it's a proper sentence.
2nd phrase isn't a proper sentence, iyswim.

Your question is not about tenses .

How about:

Responsibilities:

  • serving customers
  • solving problems
