As I was putting on some Simple moisturiser this morning (no colours/fragrances, etc) I thought "wouldn't it be funny if I had a reaction to this, when I'm not allergic to normal skin cream?".

Would that be irony?

Given this as one of the definitions:

I suppose it qualifies.

I saw a great little bit by a stand-up comic (can't remember who annoyingly) econstructing Alanis Morissette. It ended with

"... the only way you being stuck in traffic is ironic is if you are the town planner!"
