Fed up of....?

I always thought it was 'Fed up with...'
but all I ever see these days is 'Fed up of...' even in proper newspapers.

Which is correct? Surely it's 'Fed up with...' or have I been wrong for all these years

I'm fed up with 'of' too. That said, don't get me started on 'alot'
