We don't speak in Chaucerian english, for example....

Oh it's a terrible expression - made up of chill and relax. In that context chill and relax mean the same thing - so it's absurd and faux-groovy and strikes entirely the wrong note.

Would be fantastic as the name of an enema though.

only in as much as 'Skilliant' was in the 80's ( oop north where i lived anyway)
