Query about capital letters

Please can one of you lovely pedants advise me about the correct useage of capial letters?

I am writing a job description and need to refer to a management committee and a pre-school leader.

Should they have capitals (i.e. Management Committee and Pre-school Leader)? and if so, do I still need a capital C if I refer to the committee (without the management bit)

thanks in advance and apologies for the typo(s) that I've most likely missed despite previewing!

If you are referring to a particular person use capitals. Eg - "the role of Pre-School Leader involves....."

When speaking generally of being a pre-school leader you would say "I would like to be a pre-school leader...."

You need to have a capital C when talking about the committee because you are referring to a particular body of people.
