Children's or Childrens'? Help please

I'm editing the content for our local nursery website, is this correct . .

Stirling Community Children?s Centre

or should it be

Stirling Community Childrens' Centre

Any thoughts?

Children's Centre (its a centre for children, not for childrens..!)I actually don't think childrens' would ever be used..because children is already plural...
