Quick - brain has died - 'practice' or 'practise'?

In the sentence:

"it would help him to practice/practise his writing"

I'm tired and have a headache and my brain is mush today.

It would be practise

Practise is the verb and practice a noun

Practise.

'ise' = verb
'ice' = noun

Like 'advice' & 'advise', which are easier to remember because they sound different

Doctors practise medicine in a practice

Silly verb - that's how I remember it

Thank you - have replied on the other thread I inadvertently started as well!

Too tired. I did actually know this, just couldn't access the information from my turned-to-mush brain.

Am going for a nap now!
