If it's the same muesli, belonging to both of them, then Winnie and Tigger's muesli.
If it is two separate bowls, then Winnie's and Tigger's muesli.
It would only be Winnie and Tiggers' muesli if it belonged to Winnie and more than one Tigger.

But Tiggers don't eat muesli.
