Should I correct this email?

My friend emailed me the other day to tell me that she'd just joined "a small orchester!!"

My fingers are itching to reply with a correction, would it cause offence?

I wouldn't - I would congratulate her on her news.

Don't correct it as such just reply to her using the correction in your reply.
