due to a death in the family, tuesday night's tribute act will not be cher. instead it will be tina turner.
now i know it was in reality a replacement act, but there must have been something in the wording that wasn't quite right.
i had a vision of some poor bereaved singer saying I really can't face going on stage tonight, god i can't face being cher in this time of sadness...oh well, maybe I could manage a bit of tina turner.
tickled me it did.
