I’ve seen Christmas doo and I’ve seen Hen due.

I have also seen hendoo and staggdoo.

It used to be a hen/stag night or party in the 70s, but as it lasts over a week sometimes, instead of an evening, that doesn't describe it any more.

They're sort of pointless anyway now as they're often months before the wedding, the couple has had a house for years and loads of them have children.

They're just holidays!
