Oh, are you? Nice to meet you. I’m ASD and this is my husband who is AuDHD. Our daughter is OCD.

Please tell me I’m not alone in hating this!

This one drive me crazy. It’s everywhere you look 😑. Unsure why ‘I have’ is so difficult to say.

It’s as bad as “I’ve got mental health”.

I know. Like many whose children are newly diagnosed (finally at 17 in the case of my eldest), I find myself having to mention his condition quite a lot in various different settings to make people aware and get some support in place. It wouldn’t even occur to me to say my son is ASD. Not only is it grammatically incorrect, but having ASD is just one aspect of him, not everything, if we’re going to address the subject of literal meaning😅
