to say

HairyHeffalump Property Solutions

I don't mind the "for all your decorating and maintenance needs". But I really object to the "Property Solutions". DON'T! It's such a meaningless cliché to promise "Solutions". If it's a painting and decorating firm, call it a painting and decorating firm. There is not one person in the world who looks at their living room and thinks, "Wallpaper's looking a bit grubby. I need to get in a Property Solutions firm."

Really it's a single sentence:

Heffalump Property Solutions - for all your decorating and maintenance needs.

I agree that 'property solutions' is marketing twaddle, but it's ideal as a catch-all title for a cleaning / painting / decorating / carpentering / screwdrivering / flatpack-assembling firm.

Actually I'd consider using the phrase 'handy-lady' in your material somewhere just because it's unusual and will stick in the mind.
