Which is correct:

Am proof-reading an article, DP and I cannot agree on which one it is. (I'm not saying which one I think it is, just in case I'm wrong )

Run, if the sentence is complete.

It's the sub-heading to an article, so yes it's complete.

I suppose the sentence in its entirety should be

"Have you run out of ideas for the summer?" but it's not catchy enough for a sub-heading

I would, but I envisage "P45" "desk" and "close the door on your way out" so I will keep quiet.

It's actually perfect tense: I have run out. I have been to Ireland. I have eaten cheese, etc.

So that means I was right and DP was wrong.
