still, it should at least get it right on the cover - upsettingly ds said that it sounded correct to him but that's probably because he is used to hearing 'bored of' these days...grrr...this is the same thing that enraged me on a sign in Waterstone's in the teenage section ( only it wasn't about bosoms)

Sounds like a stupid article too. I'm not bored with my bosom, I'm quite excited by it. Them? Whatever!

Ok, so it's wrong - but why is it wrong?

To verbalise it, "bored of my bosoms" sounds alright... (agree it's all about commonplace wrong use of language)

but why is it "with" and not "of"?

(PS, I should know this, but my mind is on holiday)
