'Priced to sell'

I am so irritated by people putting this on Vinted, Ebay or FB Marketplace.
'Priced to sell' - what the actual hell is the point? As opposed to what exactly?
It annoys me so much I wouldn't buy the item on principle.

I need chocolate.

That sort of post makes me want to advertise something at a very high price and mark it as "Overpriced, but some idiot will buy it"

I might have just discovered a way to become very rich.
