It wasn’t a typo, they kept repeating ‘up most respect’ for property. I appreciate the sentiment, but it really irritated me!

I’ve just read ‘upmost’ in a Guardian article. A Home Office spokesperson said they would treat cases “with the upmost care….etc”.
