I read it on a thread earlier. I had never seen it before either.

"Foregone" not "forgone"!

My wtf of the day, observed more than once on a thread today, is 'change up' instead of just 'change'. They weren't talking about gears or anything else in which the 'up' could make sense.

'Swap out' is perfectly legitimate - if you're talking about a computer process swapping out.
