Letter from NHS trust....

So many places I could have posted this - pregnancy, AIBU but I thought it would be most appreciated here.

I got my letter from the local NHS trust this morning for my 12 week scan.

It contained the following.....

'Centre for women,s health' (in the header)

3 errors in my address

Starts 'Dear Madam' ends 'Yours sincerely'

refers to 'seperate' appointment

Midwife in para 1; midwife in para 3

Should I go private??

Let's hope their medical skills are better than their administration skills

Put your red pen to the letter and return it when you go for your scan
