His/Hers

I am updating my CV. At one time I worked for Her Majesty's Court Service. It is now His Majesty's. Do I refer to it as Her as it was when I worked there or His as that is what it is now? Or just use HM?

It was Her Majesty's Courts Service only until 2011, when it merged with the Tribunals Service to become Her Majesty's Courts and Tribunals Service. Personally, I'd use HM.

I feel very old!
Thanks I'll use HM as it's less confusing.
