Do some people think that if you use 'to' twice in a sentence that you must add an extra o to the second one? I've seen it done quite often.

For instance "I have to tell him I'm going too town".

Anyone else noticed this?

Yes, and it annoys me every time. I'm not such a dick that I'd point it out on a thread but I do judge, just a little bit.

Either they're not sure which one to use so they use both, just too be sure one of them is right .
