'We got it'

Twice I've had this message this week as an online order confirmation. It should be 'we've got it', rather irritating

I don't see the problem.

You could say "We received it" so why not "We got it"?

It's more usual to say "we've got it" (if the answer to "when?" isn't there. But "we got it" isn't wrong.
