Bear or Bare?

I have seen someone explain it before and it was very clear to understand. But my brain fog refuses to remember it. It was something like only bare if naked otherwise it is bear (or bear is only an animal otherwise it is bare), or did I dream it?

For example - I cannot bear him near me or I cannot bare him near me?

Both look wrong

Cannot bear her.

Bear - animal
Bear - stand, tolerate, as in can't stand something

Bare - bare skin

I cannot bear bare bottoms 😁

Thank you all, I did remember it correctly but I so glad I will have this thread to refer back to as well

I always think of a patiently waiting bear for bear with me, or an annoying bear for I can’t bear it.

I remember it by thinking 'if I can't bear him near me, it is unbearable to have him near me'. And there's no such word as unbareable
