I place "I'm not gonna lie" in the same league as "no offence". Bleurgh.

i knew someone who would preface her comments about a person or group with, not being unkind...
and then go on to say something catty or racist etc.
i wasn't used to it; at first i thought it was sweet that she was so aware of needing to not be unkind. doh !

Does anyone know? The Queen was up and about the day before her death, albeit looking frail, bruised hand and very ill looking but how can she then be dead the next day ! What happened, will we ever find out. 🤔
