I have to admit that if I saw this I would probably assume the official form had a typo in it; they do quite often seem to. But I am not a district attorney, and it isn't my job to catch this sort of fraud.
(I know a university which had a lot of MA certificates printed before someone noticed a typo in them. Luckily they hadn't sent one to any of the MA graduates at that point.)
