The inaccessible ones are not much use!

those who aren't idiots understand that it's not implying that other toilets are inaccessible. those who are idiots would be obtuse about them whatever they are called.

And some people couldn't spot a tongue-in-cheek thread if they fell over it...

Unfortunately when they used to be called 'Disabled toilets' that meant they weren't much use either......
