You can take a holiday.

Verbification of nouns has a long and noble tradition.

I've found an article in the New York Times you might like, but it's complaining about the opposite - using verbs as nouns.

Not as irritating as somebody 'podiumed' or 'medalled' during the Olympic commentary.

Some verbs as nouns work e.g. Google, to Google something but others just sound silly to me.

Surely you can 'holiday' in the same way you can 'party'
