Capital 'I' definitely. Also is 'timely' used incorrectly here?

Gosh, this takes me back to the 80's! I never knew department stores still sold fake flowers...my mum used to spend hours in the plastic flower section at John Lewis

Not too bothered about the comma and capital I.

Mine too hate! She actually does still have a giant vase full of fake flowers in the upstairs hall.

It should be a full stop, not a comma.
