World's most conspicuous punctuation error?

Saw this the other day on a street in Chicago. In case you can't see the image, it says "National Teacher's Academy". It is, literally, written in stone...

It could be correct if it is an academy belonging to one teacher, but I'm guessing it isn't.

That teacher must be busy. I wouldn't want to be the national teacher.
