It's a genetic letter 
Well, in a funny way it was because the bank account is my Mum's - she's in a home and uses my address for her bank accounts. The statements come here no probs, but they sent a letter re change of interest rates to the address she left two years ago. She wasn't best pleased to have her old neighbour turn up with a bank letter. But it was OK, it was only genetic
