I was very subtle, she stood in the way so I could do a quick swipe (whiteboards). Made my day because often I cannot access these little blighters to remove them.

It is so glaringly obvious that they should not be there. Sometimes official signage has them! Aaarrgghhh!

Two apostrophes in one day; that is very impressive. I did that once in my son's school on parents' night and managed to smear the ink and got caught. There is a technique to it, and it definitely helps to have an accomplice.

There is a sandwich shop that I drive past on occasion, and the use of apostrophe makes me any to the point of almost causing criminal damage to eradicate it; it is on the signage over the shop, on the window panes, and elsewhere so I can't just wipe it off. It is:
