Following on from the 'you was' thread, this phrase winds me up even more!

The verb to be is conjugated as you are in the second person! How ARE you?!

Ah yes! I do that! Will stop immediately.

I say this, but it's colloquial. I know it's grammatically wrong, but I say it because everyone I know does.
