Do you need someone to interpretate?

I'm in the doctors' surgery listening to the receptionist repeatedly ask the patient if she needs someone to interpretate for her.

The woman doesn't understand, and I don't blame her!

She probably needs to administrate a matter before she gets around to dealing with the patient properly. A clear case for a preventative message.
