Invitation wording - help please.

I'm doing some invitations and wondered if you could help me. the wording is:-

Blah
and
Blah

Request the please of the company of
---------
at their forhcoming marriage
at a certain place
on a certain date at time
followed by a reception

My question is should each new line start with a capital letter? So should the words at, at, on and followed have a capital?

I'd say no, the bit below the name is one sentence, it's just he layout that makes it seem like multiple sentences.

Presuming " please" is a typo for " pleasure".

Like "he" is a typo for "the" in mine.
