Anyone looked at the definition of "semi-final" in the dictionary recently?

"The round preceding the final round."
If all the winners of those semi-finals go directly into the final, then there is nothing wrong with having 4 of them.

Also would be correct if there were three live semi-finals in previous years but there were more than that, I think.
