Three messages from school, three different teachers, three errors!

The first one made me hmmm

"We have brought some new books for the library."

Second made me a bit cross

"Children will be bought to reception."

Third one made me despair

"I hope your feeling better now."

Short of returning them with corrections in red pen (sorry green now isn't it - less aggressive) I don't know what to do!

My friends all insist I bite my tongue

I think they should be told...

Wait until the spelling list comes home! Complete with misspellings!

Write in and tell them, it is pathetic when schools let stuff like that go out (am a teacher myself and hate it when our admin gets things wrong like that!)

I agree with funchum. Definitely write in and tell them. I'm a teacher and I am embarrassed by the poor spelling some teachers produce, and that's me speaking as a Maths teacher that didn't enjoy English at school.
