I've just realised I may be breaking rule # 274 of mumsnet with my improper use of who/whom. Could someone clarify whether I should be 'beautifulwho' or 'beautifulwhom'?

Who is for the subject of a sentence, whom is for the object. As 'beautiful who' is not a full sentence I can't tell which you should use.

Beautiful, how're you doing?

I saw a notice in a cafe in Wells yesterday that 'These tables are only for customers whom are buying food' Hmm Trying a bit hard and wrong.

Whom is a replacement for him/her/them.

So to answer your OP, 'beautiful who' is correct ! most of the time
