I am frequently getting emails at work that say something like:

'If you have any queries / updates about XXX please contact both myself and XXX'

It grates me!!! Please can you tell me if this is correct English??!!

No, I think it should be please contact XXX and I.

Lots of people seem to use 'myself' instead of 'me'

I myself, personally, can't stand it

It should be "contact xx and me"

"me and xxx" is us, we would be I
