DoD spelling mistake. It's not me is it?

It should be nosy not nosey shouldn't it?

It drives me mad when people include an 'e'. And it's used so frequently on here. Grrrr.

nosey is the correct spelling, nosy is an acceptable neologism.

Oxford English Dictionary says you can spell it nosy or nosey and both are correct.
