Hooray or Hurray?

This was the big debate today! Asked how to spell this, I opted for Hooray but this sparked a debate re Hurrah and Hurray.

Is there a correct form or different meaning?

I tend to go with Hurrah!

Hurrah or hooray surely? I don't think I've ever seen hurray spelt like that before.

I always use hurrah! (hooray if I'm talking about someone in a beige mac called Giles)
