I reckon he doesn't feel the least bit humble, but has been told to use some words which suggest he might be if you don't examine them too carefully.....

It made no sense.
And he had had it written down for him.
A man with 53000 employees who write copy and braodcast our language across several continents.
This alone is enough to grapple our language to safety and dismantle his media empire.
