Kid's Fest... for Mum's and Dad's

I usually lurk in this area, but saw the above in a brochure for a festival today. Anyone want to guess what sort of "fest" we're talking?

Can't be much of a fest if it's only for one kid.

It says "Kid's Fest, but fun for Mum's and Dad's". It's in the brochure for Lincoln Literature Festival.

OMFG! That is so awful I needed to use an annoying acronym!

doesn't that say

Kid is Fest, but fun for Mum is and Dad is
