If you are enrolling to a class or course, and you pay, and you cannot UN-enrol, what do you say?

I have been asked to proofread an advert for some classes, and it has been quite badly translated from Norwegian, and it sounds odd.

They have put "binding registration", and it just sounds norwenglish to me.

payment is non refundable?

This sounds better:

The price is nonrefundable and includes VAT and textbooks.
Enrolment:

thank you.

or is it

The course fee is nonrefundable and includes VAT and textbooks.
Enrolment:

better?

The course fee... sounds better I think.
