Does this sentence make sense?

"WRT solicitors fees, could you let me know whether the £299 includes the land registry fee and search, which I have been quoted as £90 and £18 respectivley."

Yes. respectively approximately means "the thing I said first goes with the thing I said first, and the thing I said second goes with the thing I said second, obviously".
