Help me - 5th Birthday Party

I have a bday party coming up for my DS who is turning 5. Invited his class and various others thinking not many people would turn up with summer weekends etc but now have 37 children coming along.

Not too worried about venue as we have exclusive hire and it has a huge soft play area and massive outdoor adventure playground. Various activities will be going on like face painting and tattooing. The only party games we have planned are pass the parcel, musical chairs, simon says and musical statues. Not all children will be going the party games at the same time as hopefully they will be playing outside etc.

Does anyone have any other ideas of good games for a large bunch and also any tips I should hear of? Tea all being served up in party boxes.

Thinking of doing a treasure hunt. How would I organise it for groups of 6 or so at a time? bearing in mind they can't all read?

Um...put a bottle of wine in the fridge before you go.

TBH, unless you are there for more than 2 hours, then Id imagine what you have sorted is plenty.

I wouldn't worry-they get bore with pass the parcel and you have enough other stuff to amuse them.If you REALLY want to do something-blow a load of ballons up beforehand and then chuck into group of children....keeps them amused for ages.Cheap and little effort for maximum enjoyment...
