9 year old boy prezzie ideas

I need a present for my godson who'll be 9 in a couple of weeks. He seems to be in to aliens, little collectable beans, monsters etc. I'll probably give vouchers as his main present, but does anyone have any ideas for a fun novelty, so he's got something small to open?
