6year old party for 39 children. Yes, that's 39 ( not one single child has said no, I can't believe it!)

Anyway, needs to be all cold as no cooking facilities at the venue. I am thinking:

sandwiches (ham, grated cheese, jam)
mini sausages
2 types of crisps
grapes
mini tomatoes and carrot sticks
Frubes
cupcakes
Party rings
Choc fingers

Is this ok do you think? Can't think of any other savoury proper food to give.

What about mini sausage rolls, cheese adn pineapple on sticks? All the kids I know love cheese and pineapple on sticks.

I love the idea of cheese and pineapple but wasn't sure if kids would like it. Mine are such fussy eaters that I can't judge what normal kids would like!

wouldn't bother with sandwiches - my dds friends never eat them.

at dd1 6th they all loved anything on sticks! we did the sausages, chess n pineapple and then melon (water and galia)

I've learnt to keep back the sweet stuff til they've eaten savoury. don't waste as much that way.

I like your proposals and personally think a few sandwiches are a must. My DD bless her is a good eater and just sticks & snacks wouldn't fill her up but lovely in combination with everything else.

Thanks - will go with my original list and add melon on sticks and c+p on sticks too. Can't wait!

We did cubes of cheese and pizza (was cold but they seemed to like it) as well as all the stuff you're already doing.
